STARK SpA, fondata nel 1962, è un importante produttore di utensili per la lavorazione del legno e leader mondiale nel settore del taglio dei metalli.

La sede centrale e gli stabilimenti produttivi si trovano a Trivignano Udinese, Udine, Italia.

Il Gruppo vanta una rete di distributori strategicamente posizionati anche grazie alle sue filiali dislocate in tutto il mondo: STARK GmbH & Co. in Germania e STARK TOOLS (Suzhou) Co., LTD. in Cina.
