Returns Policy
JVL-Europe guarantees a refund for returned items, provided they are in the same condition as you received them. Must be returned unused and undamaged with all accessories included. If the returned item has been used and therefore does not meet these conditions, you are liable for the depreciation. This depreciation can amount to 100%. All returned items will be checked individually.
The items you wish to return are your own responsibility until we receive them. That is why we would like to ask you to pack the items carefully to prevent damage during transport. We also recommend that you request proof of shipping at the parcel point so that you can trace your return shipment.
The return costs will be deducted from the refund.
Excluded products
Excluded from the right of withdrawal are products that are ordered and/or manufactured especially for you.
Legal right of withdrawal
Our returns and withdrawal policy complies with legal requirements. You have the right to withdraw from the agreement within 14 days without giving reasons. The withdrawal period expires 14 days after the day on which you or a third party designated by you, who is not the carrier, acquires physical possession of your order. To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must return your items before the withdrawal period has expired.
Consequences of the revocation
We aim to refund the purchase price as soon as possible, but in any case within 14 days after termination of the agreement. The return costs will be deducted from the refund. We may wait with the refund until we have received the products, or until you have demonstrated that you have sent them. The amount of the return shipment will be refunded to the same payment method with which you originally made the transaction. Once the refund has been completed, you will receive a confirmation by email and the money will be in your account within 3 working days.
